Question: Getting over flu- coughing up blood (red and black)?

I'm just now getting over the flu, now, a few days ago, I did have a nose bleed. But now I'm kinda over the flu and just have the lingering cold/ coughing every breath. I've noticed that when I spit it out, there's always some red blood in the spit, and/ or some wierd black looking stuff. I can't tell if it's blood or what. Is this normal? |
