So, I don't like chicken noodle soup. And nothing really sounds too good. I've practically been living off orange juice and ice pops. And now, I'm actually hungry. So what can I eat? I do NOT like chicken noodle soup. Haha, just pointing that out... again.

I find that when I am sick with the flu, I don't have much of an appetite. My mom always wants me to eat though, it's better than not eating. I always eat a slice of toast, not much. Stay hydrated as well.

Start off with bland things like crackers and slowly move up to normal things. Chicken soup is probably the best thing even though you dont have any.

Eat some crackers or something plain. You can get some bread. You can also drink flat ginger ale because that could help a stomach ache if you have one.

Just do not eat anything too heavy. Also, the reason soups are good is because they add nutrition plus fluids to you body. You need a lot of fluids in you...so soups are kind of the best thing. If you do not chicken noodle....try some other soups But science thinks there may be a protein in chicken broth that helps so think of it this way....you say you do not like chicken soup.. BuT DO YOU like having the flu for extra days also?? I think you can choose what do you like less...chicken soup or to have the flu! haha It can help chicken soup if you crush some saltines in it... or eat a little toast with it. Do not take anti-biotics, they will do no good and your body will only build up a tolerance for them that you will need when you are old. Drinking a lot of orange juice is good. When I have the flu. I ingest a lot of Dayquil, orange juice, and chicken soup...because I do not like these things but I HATE being sick much more.

Have some toast with cinnamon and sugar on it. Or some applesauce or some pudding.

When I got the flu, I used to eat those hard sourdough pretzels and drink gatorade. Since in the last 10 years, I found out that gatorade isn't good for you so now, I like Grapefruit. Grapefruit and pretzels, sounds good to me! Maybe you can drink ruby red grapefruit juice and have some crackers and cheese. :) Hope you feel better.
