I've taken panadol asprin perscribed dose . I woke up at 3pm, its very bad... ive drank a hot chocolate, and ate a bowel of rice, i dont have much fruit, would eating it all help?would water help?I take 6 vitamins aday. i take viral defense, ester c, etc, for fighting this kind of stuff i have to go out in a couple of hours, i HAVE to go out, i cant stay in, is their anything that can help it or get rid of it for 5 hours or 4 hours.Panadol isnt working can i take an extra pill??it says take 2, but 3 wont hurt?

I have two little brothers ages 3,5 and the three year old just started getting flu symptoms headache, fever, looks sick my 5 year old brother has been complaining about headaches the past couple days but hasn't gotten a fever yet. I asked my mom if she thinks he has the flu and she said no she thinks they're getting sick because of the shots they had last week. can shots cause this?? its no big deal im just curious but they're around each other all the time and around the same people so they could have picked it up at the same time from some place and be getting symptoms at the same time. There is nothing going around where we live but we had family from downstate up this weekend and they could have brought something. So what do you think, flu or from the shots?? thankskk just wondering haha so it would be contagois sorry dont know how to spell it right?? that sucks we have school next week
What do I do about nausea/ pre flu feeling?
I think my mom has a 24 hour bug because she's been I'll for a day or so but she's feeling better. I'm not feeling all that great though. I can't sleep but I'm very tired. I'm not nauseous so much as I am unsettled. I have a headache and I think I'm just thinking about it too much and that's why I feel a little nausea. I just can't get comfortable in when I'm normally fine going to sleep. I have to go somewhere tomorrow. I'm painting a mural that can't be delayed what the frack should I do?? I'm eating Saltines and Ginger Ale and I took an Ibeuprofen, but I just can't tell what's going on with my body. It feels more like nervousness than nausea and I'm not nervous about anything . Headache after flu-like illness, should I be worried?
For the past few days I have had a sore throat, dry cough & fever. I felt just awful. Luckily, I don't have a fever anymore & my sore throat is gone. However, I am still coughing & now I have a terrible pressure in my head whenever I cough. It's not in my sinus area but rather near the parietal lobe. I also have a bit but not bad. When I am not coughing the pressure is there but bearable. It tends to be worse when I bend, but again not unbearable. I have also started my period today, stopped smoking 3 days ago and stopped caffeine 3 days ago. I just wonder if I should be worried that this terrible pressure is a sign of meningitis, encephalitis, hematoma, ect.....What are the causes of this kind of pain?
